Mr. Prince Pandey, Founder of Prince Pandey & Associates, is an All India Rank Holder and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2019 and a law graduate with a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from DAVV University, Indore. With over seven years of diverse experience in corporate law and secretarial practice, he has worked extensively with multinational corporations, listed companies, and emerging businesses.

His core areas of expertise include Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, secretarial audits, and capital market compliances, along with advisory under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and Intellectual Property Rights. He also possesses strong proficiency in drafting and vetting commercial agreements, deeds, and contracts with a business-oriented approach.

Ms. Arshita Wandalkar is a qualified Company Secretary and an All India Rank Holder (25). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently pursuing her MBA (4th semester). With practical experience in legal drafting, secretarial matters, agreement management, SEBI compliances, Companies Act provisions, and trademark-related matters, she brings both technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach to her work. She is deeply committed to promoting robust corporate governance and ensuring seamless regulatory compliance, assisting businesses in navigating complex legal frameworks with clarity and efficiency.
